UPDATE: Just finished court today over my X posts. Some disgusting freak sat down directly behind me in the witness galley and started hissing my mother’s name over and over again in my ear to try intimidate me. He looked like he was homeless and on drugs and his breath smelled like sewerage. I turned around and directly confronted him and asked him what he wanted. He scurried off like a rat and left the court room. I tried to get a photo of him before he left court but it was unfortunately blurry (see here). I don’t know if this guy is a friend of Craig Hill but it was obviously a sick attempt to intimidate me. This entire process is a complete farce. Essentially Craig Hill seeks a restraining order against me because I called him a pig on Twitter. In Queensland these restraining orders are called “Peace and Good Behaviour Orders.” Now I called Craig a pig because he excused the Bondi terror attack - he declared that ISIS terrorist Naveed Akram was not motivated by anti-Semitism when shooting 10 year old Australian Jewish girl Matilda in the head. Apparently this cold blooded massacre was “Anti-Zionist.” Craig Hill was self-represented and came across as a completely pathetic old man with no life. His clothes made him look homeless and he walked around with hunched over shoulders. When addressing the magistrate he alternated between a stance of extreme arrogance and aggression and a meek little pipsqueak tone that made him sound like he was on the cusp of bursting into tears. It quickly became obvious to my barrister that Craig inhabits a fantasy world complete with delusions of grandeur - he informed the court that he was an expert linguist and published author who’s written 14 books. I kid you not, I went to his website and the “14 published books” refer to a set of self-published TV guides to Star Trek and Dr Who episodes. He sells them on Amazon for $50 a book (pictured here). This grand linguist and masterful intellectual kept making ridiculous basic legal errors to the point that the Magistrate directly addressed him and told him: “You’re missing the point.” The very first thing he attempted to do was have the magistrate ban my lawyer from representing me because Craig wanted to “cross-examine” him. It’s unclear what he even wants to ask Anthony Morris KC (a senior counsel barrister of 36 years standing, the youngest ever appointed in Australian history). The magistrate immediately rejected this out of hand and forced him to abandon sections of his affidavit which were improperly filed. The magistrate also cautioned him about his past social media use about other Magistrates, telling him, quote, “You better check your annoyance before pressing the keys.” The Magistrate set down a trial date of June 8 and told him to fix his affidavits. Craig concluded his court room tour de force by squeaking: “I would like to ask the court to ask Mr Pavlou to stop calling me a feral pig and and an ISIS supporter.” The Magistrate literally shrugged and said “I won’t be making any orders.” My barrister Anthony Morris KC just said “I have no instructions to offer such an undertaking.” Essentially I am being time wasted by a deluded pathetic old man with no life, a serial self-represented bush lawyer pest, just the quintessential vexatious litigant, the type of sad old man who writes rambling 500 page political-historical manifestos to his local MP until they have enough of him and report him to the fixated persons unit at the local police. Fuck my chud life.
