Crystal Ball put out their final map a few minutes after my post. Iowa moved to lean R. The other tossups moved to lean D.

Underrated race: Iowa governor. Why? Chuck Grassley is 93 years old. Fwiw, Nate Silver has Democrat Rob Sand up by 7 points in the polls.

Eight races categorized as toss-ups by RCP. Very brave projection, guys.

From what I can tell, this isn’t a parody account.
We’re saving America tomorrow. Here are my FINAL predictions. Red 🌊 incoming! Also, I have changed my House prediction to be Republican by 15+ seats. Ignore the polls! SENATE 🔴 Ohio (The people are hungry for changed. Brown has been a disaster.) 🔴 Kansas (No, an LGBTQ+ woke pastor isn’t going to win here. What’s wrong with you?) 🔴 Michigan (Thank you Democrats for crossing sides and removing your support for El Syed.) 🔴 Alaska (Easy win thanks to the news Peltola truer to commit campaign fraud.) 🔴 Iowa (No, this is not a tight race…) 🔴 Maine (Collins is beloved in this state.) 🔴 Nebraska (Hmmm steaks.) 🔴 Texas (If you thought we would flip blue, I bet I could convince you that Elvis is still alive) 🔴 Florida 🔴 Georgia (Razor thin win here) 🔴 Alabama 🔴 Arkansas 🔴 Idaho 🔴 Kentucky 🔴 Louisiana 🔴 Mississippi (God bless the Bible Belt) 🔴 Montana 🔴 Oklahoma (Stop smoking the weed. This is not going blue.) 🔴 South Carolina (Smooth sailing here!) 🔴 South Dakota 🔴 Tennessee 🔴 West Virginia 🔴 Wyoming 🔴 North Carolina (Pollsters should be cancelled forever for this one…) 🔵 Minnesota (No, this is not in play. Just always assume that they will vote in the Democrat) 🔵 Virginia 🔵 Colorado (Why do the democrats get the most beautiful states? It’s not fair.) 🔵 Delaware 🔵 Illinois 🔵 Massachusetts 🔵 New Hampshire 🔵 New Jersey 🔵 New Mexico 🔵 Oregon 🔵 Rhode Island GOVERNOR 🔴 Georgia (So close, I can feel the anxiety) 🔴 Arizona (Hobbs is done. I hope she’s enjoyed the job.) 🔴 Ohio (Vivek eeks out a win here.) 🔴 Texas (Cakewalk) 🔴 Nebraska 🔴 Iowa 🔴 Florida (The days of being purple are over!) 🔴 Alabama 🔴 Arkansas 🔴 Idaho 🔴 New Hampshire 🔴 Oklahoma 🔴 South Carolina 🔴 South Dakota 🔴 Tennessee 🔴 Vermont 🔴 Wyoming 🔴 Wisconsin 🔴 Nevada 🔴 Alaska 🔴 Michigan 🔴 Kansas 🔵 California 🔵 Colorado 🔵 Connecticut 🔵 Hawaii 🔵 Illinois 🔵 Maine (There is a real possibility that this goes Republican in the final hours of voting tomorrow. We shall see!) 🔵 Maryland 🔵 Massachusetts 🔵 Minnesota 🔵 New Mexico 🔵 New York 🔵 Oregon 🔵 Pennsylvania 🔵 Rhode Island Are you awake yet? Tomorrow, carry out your patriotic duty to bring everyone you know to the polls. Text them. Drive them. Do whatever it takes. Do it for your country.

A meta-comment on the Haley Stevens saga: Since October 7, Israel-vs-Palestine and, relatedly, Jews-vs-Arabs has become a brain-melting obsession for many on both the left and right--one that drowns out almost all other issues. It threatens to derail the 2028 Democratic primary.

This is it, the perfect, platonic ideal of anti-anti-Trumpism. I don't think I could improve on it if I had all week.
The single, overriding question of our politics is whether Democrats will shatter our constitutional order in 2029-30. All other questions are secondary.

Democrats performed fairly well in the 2018 midterms when Trump’s approval on the economy was slightly positive. If there’s a blue tidal wave in a few weeks, it will be because of his atrocious current numbers. (Old graph, but his approval is basically the same as of last week.)

This comparison makes no sense. Paxton was nominated and is on the ballot. Graham was forced to drop out and is not.
Democrats who cheered for Graham Platner will look you dead in the eye and shame you for voting for Paxton because he's "corrupt." They're ruthless pragmatists when it comes to winning elections and Republicans are not on their level.

When they lose on Tuesday, expect the pundits to move towards "No point in on investigating Trump, he's a lame duck" and say it with a serious face We must laugh in that face

Really tired of partisan hypocrites who spent Biden’s Presidency crying like spoiled toddlers about gas prices. . . but now demand that you suck it up.

How many empires were toppled because the ruling class believed the people would be willing to embrace even a modicum of suffering to achieve a greater goal?... Oh right, all of them. Buy we'll stand with Ukraine while paying $4 per gallon for gas, because it's worth it.

If you're black, I have the easiest Halloween costume for you. Wrap an Israeli flag around you, and just start calling everyone you see an antisemite. Voila, you're @VanJones68.
