You can't be for individual liberty and limited government while pushing a government mandate that requires "papers please" for every user to be able to download apps.
The App Store Accountability Act is not parental empowerment. It does not protect children. It is a government mandate for identity verification...digital ID.
Parents already have the ability to control what apps their children download through Apple and Google parental controls. They work very well. And they don't require anyone to provide ID verification or provide data proving their familial relationship.
