i have come to realize that y'all think the only thing that makes a good plot twist is how just if it was unpredictable and not the weight it holds

Notice this post.
This is interesting engagement with art.
They are analysing the character from the perspective of the storyteller needing formal elements. As opposed to psychoanalysing the storyteller via art or via their context. This is that good shit that's become rare.
Fuyutsuki is a good example of a character who was (presumably) conceived primarily so that Gendo would have someone he could talk to more or less as a peer, which would make specific kinds of dramatic scenes possible.
But this functional aspect of the character inevitably implies certain things about Fuyutsuki. He has to prompt Gendo in conversation by pushing back against some of the things he says, which implies he isn't entirely aligned with Gendo philosophically. At the same time, he knows basically all the things Gendo knows and yet still dutifully serves him, which implies other things about Fuyutsuki's motivations.
The show takes advantage of these functional implications to eventually craft a backstory for Fuyutsuki which explains some of these things about him. In an understated way, he's actually one of the more interesting characters in the series.

I hate online Snoopy content/art where u can tell the person who made it doesn’t know shit abt Snoopy or the nuances of his character

I don’t think he was inceltron 1000, he was just a guy with weird notions about masculinity and women’s roles and the setting brought that out in him because that’s what’s being explored. Sexism isn’t just “I hate all women and can’t get laid!!!”
