Yesterday in Iowa, a wrong way police chase ended with two innocent people dead after a poorly timed and poorly executed PIT maneuver pit innocent drivers at risk. The Iowa media won't show the moment of impact, even though Iowa DOT doesn't require censorship. But I will.

🔔 Update: I’m in the middle of interviews with multiple current and former Microsoft employees.
A few themes keep coming up:
• Allegations of L-1 visa misuse
• Employees who say they were allegedly retaliated against or treated differently after raising concerns about visa practices or national security
• Allegations and concerns of foreign nationals with access to government cloud environments
• The alleged scrubbing of Scott Guthrie internal videos in which he discussed Microsoft’s approach to visas, hiring, and supporting visa holders (Employees are speculating it’s in response to my previous reporting.)
I’ll be publishing more specifics over the next few days.

The so called experts out there will be telling you that native born americans lost jobs this month and foreign born workers got all the jobs because they measure the noise in the bottom two charts.
Those paying attention to the top two charts will notice that native born have been losing jobs for several months while foreign born workers have been gaining jobs for several months.
The only true way to see what is actually happening is to take the beginning reading in Jan 2007 and subtract it from the most recent number.
When you do that, you realize that foreign born workers have received 48.75% of all jobs created since jan 2007 and native born americans have received 51.25% of those jobs.
This folks is why you can't find a god damn job.
And none of the experts will discuss it with me.

Details include:
1. US officials say Jensen Huang had been romantically involved with Alice Huang, an executive at Megaspeed
2. US intelligence shows that Alice Huang was recruited as a spy by China’s Ministry of State Security
3. Megaspeed has now come under US scrutiny for allegedly smuggling advanced Nvidia chips into China

MICROSOFT GOT 1,504 PERM GREEN CARD CERTIFICATIONS IN NINE MONTHS WITH A 99.73% APPROVAL RATE
From Oct 2025 to Jun 2026, only 4 of Microsoft's PERM cases were denied.
On 1,470 decided cases, Microsoft checked yes: it had a layoff in that area and occupation within six months.
On July 6, Xbox announced 3,200 cuts, 1,600 of them right away. Weeks later JobsNow posted a San Francisco Chronicle print ad for an Activision Blizzard Media senior staff software engineer paying $241,800 to $321,060, telling applicants to mail resumes to a street address.
On Oct 8, the Labor Department suspended Microsoft from PERM indefinitely, citing active federal investigations.
Microsoft says most of its US staff are Americans and 80% of its H-1B filings were for existing employees (since “temporary” actually means forever in this program).
We must close all of these revolving door, rubber stamp programs. We will not stop being loud regardless of which party controls the government.
When we started Jobs Now we really thought the hidden jobs problem would be solved in one year.
We thought it was so egregious - Microsoft running newspaper ads asking for paper mail applications for Blizzard developers, apply to Global Mobility (Immigration), while laying off thousands of those SAME workers- that public outrage would be immediate (it was!)
And the fix was so simple - DOL writes a new regulation. PERM ads have to be posted on your website! No hiding in the back of the print newspaper! Easy! Done in 6 months!
Again and again, our government has been presented with easy ways to stop American Immigration Replacement - with or without Congress.
Ban hidden jobs.
End OPT & stop paying companies to replace new grads with foreigners.
End H4EAD.
And they haven't done it.
From the outside, it looks to us like there is a real disinterest in the core work of governing. Filling out the paperwork, changing the rules, making sure the department policies are putting AMERICANS FIRST, day in and day out as they ought to.
That will never work. Sometimes people are frustrated with the specifics we ask for - we have deliberately taken an "eat your vegetables" approach to policy. Memes and crazy pronouncements are fun, but what will actually change your lives and ours is the slow, unglamorous work of changing the rules to make sure Americans are always at the front of the line.
So we will say it again, for everyone to hear:
Ban hidden jobs.
End OPT/H4EAD/CPT - the visa alphabet soup!
For gods sake REPEAL THE H1B.
Or you will never get elected again.
