Aside from having a headache while listening to this Ondo State Commissioner for Information, I find his submission extremely annoying and irritating.
It is now clearer where the minds of the Governor and his people are. Like most so-called “home-based” politicians, they always want everyone to come through them. They want to be the gatekeepers and middlemen.
They are not happy with the direct primary option because anyone who connects with political party members at the grassroots will carry the day.
This can be seen in the results out here on the field.
These guys want sycophants who will hang around, running errands and aimlessly attending state functions.
This is what they mean by “Abuja people.” It is more of a control issue.

"I am spoking. Let me spoke." I enjoyed hearing that and all the vibe.
About 15 years ago, @Simi4reps saw me speaking on TV. She knew @folanski at the time who told her we had attended the same secondary school, so he could connect us.
She has been my sister ever since. And in that time, I have watched her intervene at scale for party and country. I hope she is trusted to represent her constituency at the National Assembly. She is a world class leader.
