I know many people use this app to moan about bad service but I need to do the complete opposite.
Ndodana deserves a MASSIVE shout-out.
We caught an Uber from Fourways to Bedfordview last night, and my friend (from Miami) accidentally left his man-bag in the car.
It had his everything in there (including his passport).
Ndodana dropped us off, went to the airport to pick up another client, found the bag on the back seat, dropped off that client, drove back to where we were and walked into the restaurant to find us. We didn't even realise we had left the bag in the car.
I know that it might sound like something so silly and small... but sometimes the smallest things are actually the biggest.
Ndodana is an incredible driver and a flipping fantastic human.

Living in South Africa means watching something like this and checking the date because just today the currency fell to its worst rate ever and we're apparently sending weapons to Russia and the "existential threat" of the energy crisis feels like a story from 2020.
