I ride motorbikes and cycle a lot. Retired & squeezing the pips out of life. Growing old is inevitable growing up is optional.

I just love BSAs. As a kid in the 50s Dad had a BSA A7 500 twin with sidecar which was our family transport. It never let us down. 65 years on & my love of BSAs is just as strong. Here are my 3, a 1970 A65 650cc Thunderbolt twin, 1955 B31 350cc single and a 1956 C12 250cc single.
Yes, #BSAisBack. And clearly we’re not the only ones so excited about that… At @motorcyclelive

Sadly it's normal every day #cycling experience. The bonus being getting to the end of the ride without being wiped out. It's just how it is.

It was 4 weeks ago when the news reported gazillions of people descending on to beaches and parks. People tutted, finger wagged and predicted #COVID__19 melt down. Has it happened? No! #lockdown is killing the country not the virus.

Hang on in there Kersten. The communities of Bradford are well served with you at the helm. Stay strong, stay safe.

I would add to that, keeping fit active and adopting a healthy lifestyle. The risks are miniscule if you are fit and healthy. Precautions are dumbed down to the lowest common denominator. Bonkers!

Also the heroic dedication and sacrifice by RAF fighter pilots who took on the Luftwaffe thus protecting as best they could the evacuating troops. At the time the RAF were vilified , " where we're the RAF"? They were there, above the low cloud , fighting , many losing their lives

Life's for living not being shut up or restricted in the way the Government have made us. Life is hazardous. We are more likely to be wiped out on our push bikes, suffer heart attacks etc etc. It's life!

Blow torch. Don't go mad but heat eases most things. Play the flame over the cassette close to the lock ring. Don't heat the lock ring. You are trying to expand the metal just enough to ease the threads.

Great stuff! All Strava does is plot your physical decline! Good news for me not seeing that😁
Or just get off and walk through🙄 FFS
And who did they trot out? Steve bloody Berry who simply reinforced the stereotype that we are all selfish twats.
Let's be honest it was all part of the culture. He was just that much better at it than anyone else.
