A MACD cross down does not automatically end an uptrend.
If both lines stay above zero and cross back up, momentum may be resetting for continuation. Then look to price action for an entry with defined risk.
MACD gives context. Price confirms.

$NVDA plans to invest $3B in $META’s new stock offering as the companies expand their AI partnership.

Each one needs enormous amounts of power, cooling and land.

SpaceX is lining up $40B in GPU financing with Apollo!
Under a binding commitment, an Apollo managed entity would buy GPU pods and lease them to SpaceX. The $40B represents expected principal payments over the leases, with financing costs on top. The agreement is expected to close by year end, with leases beginning as equipment arrives in 2027.
SpaceX is spreading the cost of its AI buildout over time. The question now is whether demand for that compute will justify the payments.

Anthropic’s IPO filing is now public, opening the door to a market debut before Thanksgiving.
The numbers being discussed are enormous: an offering of up to $100B at a $2T valuation. Anthropic has yet to confirm either figure, and the final size will depend on investor demand.
For context, SpaceX raised about $86B in its record IPO. If Anthropic comes close to the rumored target, it would set a new record and test how much public investors are willing to pay for AI growth amid soaring compute costs.

Trump says the US will not attack Iran before the November 3 midterms, citing “productive discussions” with Tehran.
That takes a US strike off the table for the next 11 days. It does not cover Israel, where Netanyahu is reportedly still weighing a unilateral move before his own election on October 27.
