Nope. We, the people of British Columbia bear that responsibility. We have voted against adopting proportional representation on THREE distinct occasions: 2005, 2009 and again in 2018 when NDP Premier Horgan appealed to us to adopt the measure.

Eby declined bcecause his predecessor, NDP Premier Horgan, had already held that referendum and 61% of British Columbians voted to stick with First Past The Post.

Between the NDP & the Greens, BC voted 50% for a progressive people-oriented government. But because 10% of those voters were Greens, we have ended up with a racist, destructive mess. Congratulations Green party, you just helped usher in 4 years of hell.
