Labour's playing fantasy budgeting: their forecasts don’t add up, and that matters. The forecasts show that many households' incomes will fall, mortgage costs will rise, and more households will go into debt. These are the true budget headlines.

Healey’s Budget Disaster. This was a terrible budget, terribly presented, that did precisely nothing of consequence for almost anyone. So what are Healey and Burnham up to, other than not a lot? youtu.be/r4p9EY_JHvI?si=NdHX…
So only folk with low gas usage will benefit, as gas prices are going to go up to cover eg SGN costs to run the gas system The consumers as usual will be worse off The housebound, elderly & infirm, who need warmer homes 🤷♀️This is virtue signalling by Burnham Grrr
Chancellor John Healey will remove standing charges from household gas bills for tens of millions of people, with the government estimating that 60% of households will save an average of £45 per year.

Replying to @neso_energy
@neso_energy just put out this system warning.... It's too windy in Scotland but not enough turn down capacity notified in the BM which is threatening to breach constraints
If it's not one thing it's another
It should be pretty clear by now that the grid is not keeping pace with the changes being imposed on it by net zero and CP2030 policies

Like Kropotkin and Proudhon, cats and mink
There are lots of funny anarchists in all this world
But have you ever seen a rioter that is pink?
Think!
An anarchist that's positively pink
Well here he is, the pink panther

Lunch doesn't get much better than this at Oban's Green Shack!
There's a strange trend on social media of people (who have usually never visited Scotland) trying to pretend we don't have good food here or that it's bland and boring.
Leaves me equal parts annoying and perplexed.
