It’s so funny that we still pretend this is an argument. Because the film itself acknowledges that Steve is right. Everyone on Tony’s team, including Tony himself, realize this by the end of the movie. The accords were bullshit. Also, almost everyone on Tony’s team is dead now.

From a purely layman’s perspective, it doesn’t seem to make much sense that Pixar gets hit when they’ve offered up TWO big hits for Disney this year while live action Moana flopped like it did
Disney is laying off several hundred people across the entire company.
The majority of the layoffs on the studios side is at Pixar.
