🇵🇾 Paraguay real estate is a bubble, more buildings going up than people buying them yet the prices aren't changing, why is that? I cant see how people consider it a good investment to build there foreigners are less likely to buy long term, and locals cant afford it so whos going to buy them when do you think the bubble will burst?

Buenos Aires is such a bad place to find a wife, even the BA legend himself @BuySellBA imported his own in from Colombia instead

No it's a crazy story! I was traveling around in South America. I was in Cali, Colombia and met her. She was working in the business office of a high end boutique. I saw her and was blown away by her beauty. She said she had a boyfriend so I never got her number but then I ended up getting her # as the owner of the hotel I was staying knew her boss. I was traveling around South America. I went on a date with her for lunch and invited her family to go out to eat. This was my "3 years to live" phase of my life. Why not? Anyway I was heading to Machu Picchu a few weeks later. I invited her to go with me. All expenses paid trip. Asked her mom permission and she said no. Not wanting to give up I asked if I invited her son to chaperone her if she would let me. She gave in so flew her and her BROTHER to Peru. Went traveling around and incredible to see Machu Picchu with them. On the trip her brother was there at every turn! No romance at all. I just gave up. It was worth it to me to see her crying of happiness at the top of the mountain. Never thought I'd see her again but we met up 2 years later. I moved to South America in the meantime (previously I lived in the USA). One Christmas she emailed me and said happy holidays how are you. I said, "I'm living in South America now come and visit me this time keep your brother at home!". 🤣 We started dating long distance. She was finishing her business degree at college in Cali. I was flying her into see me every weekend to Buenos Aires. That's a long ass trip. Finally she moved to Buenos Aires. But that is why it was 2 years. More so because I never saw her again.

LATAM: Wife material vs One night stand material Lol at Colombia almost making the wife material area the breakdown could probably be done by big city vs rural and look very different though where would you put each country

good backup for when Paraguay 🇵🇾 comes after all your crypto earnings you reported
You can now obtain Uruguayan permanent residency in a single trip This is obviously huge news. Up until recently, to convert temporary residency into permanent residency in Uruguay, you had to physically spend at least six to seven months in the country. But starting earlier this year this requirement was quietly dropped. No announcement was ever made. Immigration agents and lawyers just started noticing that these checks weren't being done. So effectively, you can now fly to Uruguay for a few days and apply for permanent residency in a single trip without any investment required. You just need to demonstrate minimal income (about $1,500 for the main applicant) and that's it. This is quite incredible. Immigration programs usually become harder, not easier, especially in such high quality destinations. Uruguay is now as easy as Paraguay or Panama were ten years ago, back when one could get permanent residency in a single trip. It is now arguably Latin America's most interesting Plan B residency, especially when combined with attractive tax incentives. We discuss this in the video with Macarena, my local immigration agent 👇 But there is a caveat To be completely frank with you, this deal is too good to last. Uruguay immigration appointments will quickly get snapped up by applicants. Nobody fully understands why these changes were implemented. Does the left-wing government want more immigration? Is it a temporary bug in their systems? Was a handover poorly done? Regardless, you should advantage of this opportunity now if you want a Southern Cone Plan B. But realize that this pathway is not a guarantee, and getting an appointment may take as long as four months. In-process applications may even get halted if it turns out this was a fluke. And you can always count on them making it more difficult in the future, by asking for minimum investments in the country as they do for people who want tax residency without spending much time on the ground. Full video in the next post 👇

Latam in the last 3 years has swung overwhelmingly right from left wing governments I don't know shit about politics but I heard left wing makes for favorable foreigner exchange rate and right wing the opposite Is this true As it seems to be from the current high exchange rates of Paraguay 🇵🇾 and Colombia 🇨🇴, and the subsequent exodus of the expats from those countries Brasil is the next country which could switch to right wing in the next few days, what do you think will be the effect

True, but most citizenships require much more physical presence upfront And are trending towards increasing that
Citizenship is better than residency because there are no physical presence requirements. Residency usually demands a visit one day a year. Citizenship no more visits.

Moving cities/countries is a huge disruption Costs time finding good apartments for a good price, in the area you want Its hard to do that prior as many want deposits, and i refuse to deposit anything without having seen the place myself still waiting on a court case to get a deposit back from Colombia for that very mistake I just moved to salta for a while. and it took me 4 different airbnbs and about 8-10 days of random rental, viewing apartments, reaching out to agents, to find the one im in now its a great place and deal, probably half what you'd see on Airbnb prices, but it took a bunch of time that and sorting out where you buy the food you like from the best gym that suits you, where you can meet people, sports clubs, events that are fun etc every city i goto has this same disruption cost lets call it, where ill spend anywhere from 500-1500$ on extra bullshit searching around and the time lost doing it but since ive been on the ground already in many cities throughout latam, i can slide right back in to those ones I can do the same for you if its within my knowledge in Latam link in reply if interested

I was with you until you said Colombia 🇨🇴 Thats the lowest loyalty place going Very attractive but marriages don't last there Which is why I think you've conflated the two, wife material and attractiveness Wife material winners would be in places like Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 or Ecuador 🇪🇨. Places that are much more traditional and religious Attractiveness however...
Which country has the best wife material women? Values, beauty, how they age, how they treat their man, how feminine they are... My honest pick is Poland 🇵🇱 But Slavic women are not for the weak. You need a spine to keep up If not Poland, then Latin America. Colombia 🇨🇴, Paraguay 🇵🇾, Brazil 🇧🇷 And before anyone asks, no, it's definitely not Western Europe (a lot of women there dress and act like men) Or America (feminine and beautiful but too contrarian) Go ahead and tell me I'm wrong

south Brasil feels like Europe because it borders two countries that are also not Europe? that's new
🇧🇷 I told you guys about the South of Brazil! Do like the Brazilians do and leave organized crime hotspots like Rio and Sao Paulo where rich people have cars with bulletproof glass Go South Brazil where you can have an actual nice life without fearing for your life South Brazil is nothing like what you think when you think of Brazil It's the safest place in Brazil, it's rich and feels a lot like Europe, which makes sense because it literally borders with Argentina and Uruguay Uruguay is the richest country in South America and South Brazil is the richest part of Brazil Florianopolis is a great start!
