Shortly before 7:30, @TimJonesLocal4 was watching a wall cloud develop. The storm has weakened, but for a few minutes it began wrapping an updraft and developed a lowering. He caught this live on Facebook. We're still monitoring the ongoing storms. @NWSHastings
