My perspective on injuries extends well beyond exercise selection. Human physiology is complex, and injury risk is multifactorial.

I really hate that this has become the knee-jerk reaction whenever we see an injury in the NBA. This is the beginning of the season, this is not secondary to an acute wear down. Majority of players are missing at least 10 games a year as it is, shortening the year doesn’t (1/2)
