@Hermesparcels pleeeease can you sort yourselves out? My @nextofficial parcel was due to be delivered by Monday, wasn’t with the courier until Tuesday and tracking hasn’t been updated for 24hrs (apparently still with the courier...)!
@Hermesparcels how can I make a complaint? My parcels are a week late, no update or explanation. No response here and unable to speak to a human using your customer service number.
