Kane wasn’t Bayern’s best player of the season. That was Olisé, the Bundesliga Player of the Season. 🏆
He wasn’t the best Champions League player either. That was Kvaratskhelia. 🌟
Nor was he England’s best player at the World Cup. That was Bellingham. 🏴
And he wasn’t the World Cup’s best player. Rodri was.
Messi, Rodri, Mbappé, Olisé & Bellingham all had stronger claims than Kane. 👀
To make matters worse, he won no major trophies. 🤦♂️
❌ He couldn’t get Bayern through the Champions League semi-final second leg to the Final with clutch goals.
❌ He couldn’t get England through the World Cup semi-final to the Final with clutch goals.
Yet Kane won the Ballon d’Or on the back of 73 goals. ⚽️
That’s what the Golden shoe is for, and he’s already won that award.

Ghilardi is brilliant. Will now barely see the pitch.
Pisilli is probably one of Romas best midfielders. Started one game. Didn’t start that many last season.
Venturino always made an impact. Got rid of
I can guarantee Lulli loses his position to molina

(Calcio Napoli)
Franco Baresi, 66 yaşında hayata gözlerini yumdu.
— Baresi, 20 yıllık profesyonel kariyerinde sadece Milan forması giymişti.
— 15 yıl boyunca takım kaptanlığı yaptı.
— 1990 Ballon d’Or oylamasında 2. sırada yer aldı.
— 1999’da Milan, 6 numaralı formasını emekliye ayırdı. Kulüp, bu formanın yalnızca Baresi ailesinden bir oyuncunun A takıma çıkması hâlinde yeniden kullanılabileceğini açıkladı.

Fare due indagini basilari prima, no?

🚨🗣️🇮🇹 Alessandro Del Piero on what happened between him and Zinedine Zidane after the 2006 FIFA World Cup final:
"After the final whistle, I left my teammates celebrating the World Cup and went to see my club teammate, David Trezeguet. He was devastated. I reminded him that he had given France the EURO 2000 title and told him that these things happen in football."
"Then I headed to the French dressing room to find my old friend, Zinedine Zidane. We shared an indescribable friendship, and I wanted to comfort him after everything that had happened."
"In the tunnel, I found him alone, carrying the pain of defeat and the disappointment of the red card. He looked at me in surprise and said, 'Wow... how did you leave all that celebration and come here?'"
"I replied, 'Winning the World Cup will never make me forget my friend.'"
"He hugged me, took off his shirt, signed it for me, and said in Italian: 'Thank you, my friend. I'm happy for you. You're the best player I've ever played with, and you truly deserve to be a World Cup champion.'" ❤️🇮🇹🤝🇫🇷

#calciomercato

Baffled that @Inter haven’t considered bringing Esposito back. Waaaaay better option than Sanchez.
Esposito is one of the biggest talents I’ve seen. Pretty sure he’s obviously had attitude problems but doing really well at Sampdoria and did well at Bari last season.

The three Esposito brothers. All shown such huge promise.
But looks like the least technically gifted one Pio, will go on to make it
I pray inter give him a chance and not loan him out or waste valuable money on someone else

I have Esposito, Camarda and Piccoli all ahead of Lucca. Lucca for me offers little.
I genuinely believe Piccoli at a big club bangs in 15-20 goals. Comfortably
Esposito if haves a good season is easily in the Italy squad. Such a talented Number 9!

I can remember, when I was growing up, that Italian teams used to get battered in the media for the “dark arts”, time-wasting, play acting, putting up a wall once they were 1-0 up, negative, defensive attitude and so on. Now it’s “organised and well-drilled” apparently.
