EXCUSE EVERYONE! CAN I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE! I NEED TO GIVE THE GREATEST OF HAPPY BIRTHDAYS TO THE LEGENDARY EDITOR, THE ILLEST, THE WISEMAN, THE ILLMASTER! JOSEPH P ILLEDGE!
Folks still don’t understand the impact he has had on the comic industry & the lives he has changed. From his origins at Milestone, to being the first black editor in DC’s Batman office, to helping Catalyst Prime, now he’s even writing comics & mentoring the next generation of creators. Happy birthday @JosephPIllidge!

RIP Joshua Cassara. At SDCC 2024, Josh drew a small Spider-Boy for me. He was a lovely guy.

Injustice has regularly had members of Batman and Superman’s extended families as fully playable characters like Nightwing, Robin, Red Hood (DLC), Batgirl (DLC), and Supergirl while killing off all of Hal Jordan’s Human peers even in eras when they had different rings, so.

I hate this feeling when everyone ignores us and no help reaches us, as if we are just numbers. My children need $20 to buy food.
We are starving... We have nothing to eat anymore.😭🙏

I was made aware that this piece was being released today. I thank the writer for his words. One thing I haven't talked about is that the boycott, the backlash I experienced, and the betrayals I went through have definitely molded how I move as a journalist and content creator going forward. Someone told me to prepare for what's to come, but there was no way to prepare for it, despite all the prep we did.
I was called a transphobe & anti lesbian to the point I didn't celebrate Pride this year, despite plans to make tons of content similar to how I did for black history month. I was said to have been doing the entire campaign that I started back in DECEMBER for clout. I was said to be lying about creators when there was no proof to any of it. I was even removed from writing for a publication because of the lies that were said. Yet here I am prepping to lead phase 3 of the campaign like I said I would.
I will never stop advocating for representation. It doesn't matter what is said about me. There's so much that folks will never know about what happened, and that is for the best. However, I will continue the work I set out to do. Despite the friends I've lost, despite the comic creators who don't believe in me because of what they've been told, I will not abandon this industry I love.

This shit is hilarious. Reylos malding in the quotes be he called Reylo toxic (it objectively is) and called out The Last Jedi for deliberately sidestepping Finn’s role in the saga lmao
