True. Consequential, not necessarily blameworthy.
I’d love it if you both stopped. The mutual Can-Am hate has been stoked by political interests that don’t reflect how the actual people feel about each other. Our cultures are so similar that people from actual different cultures can’t tell us apart.

Further, your rebuild is extended when you can’t get full value for your assets bc they’re demanding a trade. Helle was never going to get what he was worth to WPG, especially after sitting out.

Whether they wanted to or not, they are now!
And I believe Ottawa would argue they’re coming out of a rebuild and could have really used their talented veteran captain to get them further in the playoffs.

No no, Ottawans are too polite to ever mercilessly boo and jeer a player.

You brought facts to an ignorance fight 💪
I was shocked to learn the true source of this cryptic wisdom. It has an almost Anglo-Saxon alliterative verse structure.
Find a goalie who plays well for your team. Hold him close to your heart and never let him go. Love him unconditionally, for all his is and what he means to you, because he won’t be worth a dime by the time you break up.

We live in an ignorant age.
This has always been true.

All the players and coaches interviewed after this game were super-serious and basically refused to acknowledge anything fun had happened. No chance a team ever promotes anything so glorious.
I’ve had this happen a few times. Biggest common risk is whacking your head on the way down. Once you know what to look for, you can often feel it coming and get low, either avoiding unconsciousness or at least getting prone for when it happens.
