UK; no, we also think you shouldn't be supported by the NHS because it's too expensive. ADHD community ; okay, so what if we spend our own money to go private, and obtain support that way? UK; we won't recognise the private diagnosis and you'll have to sit on a year's long waiting list. ADHD community; well, what about supporting us in employment, so we are able to support ourselves, by providing reasonable adjustments and supportive working environments? UK; Businesses don't want to employ you because we let the media call you all lazy and workshy, so that's going to be difficult ADHD community; Well, what do you expect us to do?! UK; Not our problem
