🚨HORRIFIC CONDITIONS at Bhiwandi BMC Center
Dogs left in filthy, unhygienic cages filled with feces, urine & swarms of flies. Recently operated/sterilized dogs are lying in dirt with zero post-op care. Puppies are exposed to severe infections.
