At first I thought having William's Superman theme in Cavill's cameo was odd, but mixing these around is fun. We talk a lot about JL and JLU (deservedly so), but we don't talk about how Superman TAS has aged like fine wine nearly enough, and everyone should give it a watch.

So when is it time to discuss how much better off DC would be without Gunn

I don't know about you guys, but though I don't dislike Marvel, I personally like DC because their heroes tend to be optimistic and do things for the good of doing it...not to think twice or trice or calculate how to 'absolve' themselves. I kinda feel that counts for something.

reading Absolute Superman again... I think it might be my new favorite Supes run (Still love Unchained but this is awesome). Loving it even more than ABatman and AWonder Woman. I just love Sol and the suit. The art doesn't hurt either. #absolutesuperman

My problem isn't so much people liking movies with bad costumes; It's them attacking the comic books to justify a terrible take. "Serious" and "Stupid" aren't opposites.

Can we get a Superman who is an actual powerhouse, is in the League, is up to fighting Darkseid, respects himself and also wasn't sent to Earth to take many wives? In other words, or just one that follows the comics. #BringBackZackSnyder #RestoreTheSnyderVerse

I got it all wrong from the start; I thought I was reading the DCU but I don't know what I was reading in the 90s, some indie comics or something

A "writer" that "loves comic books" wouldn't consistently write most *DC heroes* as assholes. There's a reason Guy Gardner got punched by Bats and is disliked even by his fellow Lanterns.

oh boy... Well, at least MoS made over 600 mil.

Welp, the bot broke.

30 years as a Flash fan in DCAU, games, and comics, and this is the best live action scene I have to show for it. And people ask why I like it.

The next Superman film, in whatever decade it arrives, will still be competing with MoS' box office #HenryCavillSuperman
