30 Rock never should have gone off the air. Ever since it ended it’s like we shut off the ghost containment grid in Ghostbusters and all the fake movies that were previously trapped in fiction are now flying around in the real world.

My advice for people who want to win the Democratic nomination for president is that they should answer this question with “Yes”
.@jonfavs: Would you restrict weapons sales at all [to Israel]?
Shapiro: America sells weapons to lots of countries...and should those nations violate the terms of the sales, they would no longer be permitted to purchase those weapons. I think Israel should be treated as other nations are.

I just heard. RIP Richard Lloyd. I only saw Television once - All those amazing riffs that drive the songs - Richard played them all.

RIP Richard Lloyd. It’s insane to think that Lloyd, Verlaine, and Quine all came out of the same New York scene. Three of the greatest guitarists ever, all gone now. NYC legends.

This is a huge, huge moment.
When, in three years of genocide, has an important politician in an important western country spoken so clearly?

RIP Richard Lloyd. Thank you for the guitar solo that has allowed countless thousands of college radio DJs to step out of the station for a pee break for almost half a century

I love that people are just expecting us to forget dems completely rolling over and not even rhetorically opposing people’s cities being invaded and their neighbors being shot in the street, only opposing trump “not asking for permission” to start a catastrophic war with Iran, approving the majority of trumps cabinet picks. We are all just supposed to forget that and think that the same leadership will be different this time somehow.
