A 25 year old law student Louis Ninsiima @LouisKyle_ was abducted by plain-clothed security agents in Kampala today.
Ninsiima is a friend of activist Praise Aloikin @AloikinOpoloje who was with her when she was abducted and had alerted the world about the abduction and the identity of the abductors.
Ninsiima was abducted from his mother’s shop in Kampala CBD where they went telling the mother that they are looking for Louis Ninsiima and they know she (the mother) had called his number. Ninsiima came in as they interrogated the mother and the men took him saying he must tell them where Praise Aloikin is. They didn’t tell the mother where they were taking her and there’s no word about where he’s being held up to this moment.

the real problem, as I have stated many times, is that these men don't think they are raping anybody.
outside of stranger rape, many men do not view coercive sex as rape. they will view women being incapacitated as an opportunity for sex, but they don't think it's rape.
