My manager reported me to HR for taking one of her lunches from the fridge.
What she didn’t mention is that she’s taken my food three times in the last two months.
I even told her: “If you take mine again, I’ll take yours.”
She still did it. So I did what I said.
Now only I am under investigation for “gross misconduct.”
Is this normal or is this just how some offices work?

Kenzie Anne didn't quit the adult film industry because she fell in love. She quit after a Valentine's Day experience with a man she wasn't even seriously dating.
What caught my attention was that she understood his discomfort instead of blaming him. That moment made her reflect on how her career was affecting her emotionally.
The bigger lesson here is that making money from something doesn't automatically mean you're happy doing it.
Sometimes, people continue doing things because they're profitable, even when the emotional cost keeps increasing.
I respect her decision because she didn't need a serious relationship or anyone's approval to walk away.
Not everything that pays you is worth your peace of mind.
Kenzie Anne says she quit porn the day after Valentine's Day, and the guy she was dating is why she noticed.

Tony Soprano can tolerate a lot of disrespect directed at himself. Bring his daughter into it, and suddenly the rules change.
When Tony confronts Coco, it isn’t a carefully calculated business decision. It’s personal, immediate, and ugly. Coco crossed a line by making Carmela and Meadow part of his disrespect, and Tony responds as a father before he responds as a mob boss.
That’s what makes the scene so revealing. Tony spends his life demanding that other people separate business from personal feelings, yet he abandons that principle the moment his own family is involved. He expects everyone else to control their emotions while treating his own anger as justification.
You can understand why he’s furious without pretending his response is normal or admirable.
Tony’s biggest contradiction is that he wants his family protected from the world he created, but he keeps bringing that world to their doorstep.

Ladies and gentlemen, the same people who gave him the advice are the ones who told me he's behaving like an illiterate cos why will someone even think of that with your girlfriend.
