I saw this guy searching lapsed patents and I decided to move upstream. I vibe-coded a bot that scans USPTO for patents about to lapse, DMs every owner a $500 lowball offer to buy the rights, then reverse-image-searches every Amazon product that might infringe my new patent. 10,000 C&D letters + settlement demands all auto sent by my bot when I woke up the first day. I had my bot cross reference the cost of local attorneys that they would use to fight me back and demand settlement for just below the average retainer cost. If they don't respond, I remove my offer to buy the patent. If a lawyer responds, I definitely remove my offer. When they do offer settlement, I then buy patent with the money from the settlement and then let the patent lapse. Infinite money glitch. 237,000 letters sent out so far.
