دو مقام ارشد سازمان ملل در راس هیئت‌هایی به افغانستان سفر کردند، اما هردو هیئت هیچ دست‌آوردی ندارند. آمنه محمد تا قندهار رفت، اما فقط معاون والی که یک مقام دون پایه در تشکیلات طالبان است با او ملاقات کرد. رفتار طالبان با آمنه محمد توهین‌آمیز بود.
سازمان ملل متحد برای ارائه کمک‌های بشردوستانه به ۲۸ میلیون نیازمند در #افغانستان در سال ۲۰۲۳، به دست‌کم ۶.۴ میلیارد دلار بودجه نیاز دارد و توقع می‌رود که این مبلغ را کشورهای کمک‌کننده به افغانستان بپردازند.

شرکت آموزش دیجیتال بریتانیایی (Future Learn) پنجشنبه ۱ جدی، اعلام کرد که امکان شرکت زنان افغانستان را در دوره‌های آنلاین کوتاه مدت و رشته‌های تخصصی رایگان با روش‌های آموزش عالی بریتانیا فراهم می‌کند. این اقدام در واکنش به دستور طالبان مبنی بر ممنوعیت زنان از تحصیل صورت می‌گیرد.
