most founders think the game is product, capital, and hustle. It’s not. you either have the stomach to look at zero traction for 9 months and still ship the next version, or you don’t. you either can take the silence from customers and investors without spiraling, or you break. the market doesn’t care about your feelings.

There are two GTM playbooks for AI companies selling into the enterprise: the Lighthouse and the Landgrab. Lighthouse: win a few marquee customers, build social proof, and reassure the buyer who’s afraid of making the wrong call. Landgrab: win on math, move fast, and sign the largest number of customers possible, logo be damned. Most assume they have to educate the market, and they default to the Lighthouse. But in markets where the buyer already knows the problem and a mistake won’t cost them their job, chasing logos is a distraction. Everyone thinks AI’s constraint is chips. Wrong. It’s not even electricity. The real constraint: our chips waste a billion times more energy than the laws of physics require. The gigawatt datacenters are a symptom. Here’s the physics, and the map of who’s fixing it: 🧵

The escape routes, each attacking one tax: Light for the wires: photonics kills resistive interconnect. Memory for the math: in-memory compute kills the commute. Fewer bits per thought: 1-bit models shrink the gate count itself. Never erase: reversible logic dodges Landauer. First net energy recovery in silicon, 2025. Noise as the computer: thermodynamic chips. And going cold lowers the finish line itself: Landauer at 4 Kelvin is 75x lower. Just bring your own refrigerator, and count its wattage too.

Moore’s Law gave us smaller. The Landauer gap promises cheaper. Per bit, per joule, per thought. Six decades of headroom sit between today’s silicon and the second law. Intelligence turned out to be the cheap part of AI. The waste is what costs a fortune. And waste, unlike physics, is negotiable.

The most important chart in tech right now. Free cash flow of the hyperscalers (Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Oracle) just went negative. Below zero. For the first time in the dataset. Meanwhile, semiconductor FCF (Nvidia, Micron, Broadcom, AMAT) exploded to over $400 billion. For fifteen years, the hyperscalers were the greatest cash machines capitalism ever built. Asset-light platforms printing $250 billion a year. That was the entire bull case: software eats the world, and the cash flows to whoever owns the platform. The AI buildout inverted it. The platforms are now pouring every dollar, and then some, into chips and data centers. The cash didn't disappear. It transferred, straight down the supply chain to the shovel makers. Here's what history says about both ends of this chart: The buyers: companies that burn cash on capex booms rarely earn back their cost of capital. Telecoms, 1999. Shale, 2014. The sellers: supplier windfalls at the top of a capex cycle are peak earnings, not new baselines. The customers' spending discipline eventually returns. Ask Cisco. A generational transfer of cash flow is a generational transfer of risk. Both lines on this chart are priced as if only the good half is true.

For the record. The Market Has Already Moved On A leadership change is already underway, but most investors are still clinging to the last trade. Everyone is crowded into semiconductors and memory, propped up by passive flows and a sell-side still extrapolating an era of outsized earnings surprises that is now behind us. The big earnings revision cycle in semiconductors and AI power is over. The bottleneck trade is crowded and over-owned, and that playbook is exhausted. Semis now represent 20% of the S&P 500. A period of digestion is needed. The market is broadening. Beneath the surface, the median stock is delivering double-digit earnings growth, with second-quarter earnings tracking toward 25% year-over-year. This is a rolling recovery, not a narrow AI story. The AI cycle is not over, but it is evolving. Hyperscalers may be near a bottom and are beginning to convert capex into revenue, extending the cycle. But the bottleneck trade, owning semiconductors and AI Power, is no longer sufficient. The era of massive upside earnings surprises is over IMHO These stocks are crowded, expectations are elevated, and future earnings beats are unlikely to surprise as they have. Leadership is rotating. Equal-weight indices, small caps, and domestic cyclicals are gaining traction, supported by improving earnings and still-muted positioning. Policy is reinforcing the shift, with a more Hamiltonian focus on domestic investment and productive capital. Liquidity is also changing. Credit creation is moving from the Fed to the private sector, with bank deregulation playing a key role. This is a more selective regime. Investors can wait, or adapt. The market has already decided.

Gojiberry AI just hit $2M ARR. A few months ago we were at €0. This is the second SaaS I've built. The first one I sold at €500K ARR. This time, we moved faster. Here's exactly how we did it, so you can do it too. The core principle that changed everything: We used our own tool to grow our own tool. Gojiberry AI finds high-intent leads and engages with them automatically. We run it on ourselves. It works insanely well. Here's the full breakdown: 1) Outreach (the engine) - LinkedIn: 5 accounts, 30 connection requests + 30 DMs per account per day. Only targeting warm leads showing real intent. Connection acceptance rates and reply rates are insane when you do this right. - Cold email: 6,000 emails per day. 295,000 sent in 90 days. 900+ opportunities created. 41 domains, 123 inboxes, plain text only, no links, no images, 2-3 email sequences max. Total infra cost: ~$600/month. The offer is always the same: a valuable blueprint. No pitch. Just value first. 2) Inbound (the compound effect) - LinkedIn: 6 posts per day across 6 accounts. 6 days/week = lead magnet content. 1 day/week = founder story. Last 7 days: 788,187 impressions. - Reddit: 14.8M+ views in 12 months. The trick: warm up the account, post 3x per week, tell real stories, offer blueprints, and never debate the haters. - YouTube: Long-tail SEO content targeting competitor keywords. It's starting to rank. - SEO: 50K visitors/month and growing fast. 3) Paid (we're just starting) - 3 LinkedIn influencer posts/week (~$500 each). - Facebook retargeting + acquisition Scaling paid ads aggressively right now. 4) Demos 5–8 per day. ~70% close rate to free plan. Mostly sales teams. What actually worked: → Using our own tool on ourselves (this alone is a cheat code) → High-intent outreach > cold outreach. Every single time. → Lead magnet posts on LinkedIn that generate thousands of comments. One post added $5K MRR in under 24 hours. Cost: $0. → Replying to every single comment. → Speed. Every delay kills momentum. We removed friction from every step of the funnel. → AI helping us do 10x more than we ever could alone. What's not working: - We need to delegate. We're currently hiring a founding sales to help us scale to $10M ARR (feel free to reach out if you know someone 😇 ) The path from €0 to $2M ARR is not glamorous. It's 18-hour days, boring repetitive work, testing things that fail, and doing it all again tomorrow. But if you do the right things every day, good outreach, real value, fast follow-up, it compounds. And one day you wake up and you're at $2M ARR. The goal now: $10M ARR. LFG. 🔥 PS : we're about to launch a 0 -> $1M ARR GTM course. Want to receive it? RT + comment GTM below.
