$DDOG added Nebius as an AI supplier last week. Its GitHub PR merged 24 Sep already documented workloads on Nebius H200s. More DD here:

$NBIS secures $3.5B financing facility with Citi.
The facility has a 364-day maturity, with an initial interest rate of Term SOFR + 2.75%, potentially increasing to SOFR + 3.50%, subject to adjustments.
This strengthens Nebius' liquidity position and provides greater flexibility over the timing and structure of future capital raises.

Nebius signed a preliminary framework with HUMAIN(One of Saudi Arabia's largest sovereign wealth funds) and DataVolt to be the anchor customer at NEOM's Oxagon AI campus.
The details:
• Up to 50MW, half of the first 100MW now under construction
• Phase 1 is planned at 360MW total
• Capacity comes online in phases starting Q4 2027
• Nebius is HUMAIN's first customer
• Signed at NVIDIA GTC Berlin
It's still preliminary, so not a done deal yet. But Saudi Arabia's sovereign fund is picking Nebius as its first customer.
Another customer I haven’t seen $NBIS announce: zeta, a Korean AI storytelling app with a massive 5M+ monthly users and 2M+ daily users.
It develops its own story models and lists Nebius in Finland for model training. Its privacy policy specifically describes sending training data and logs there.
Marc Boroditsky spoke today about “rapid expansion” in Asia, with South Korea a priority. So I had a look… I wonder what else is out there.

This is a very exciting development for $NBIS in Europe. Not only are they running the $PLTR textbook to acquire enterprise clients BUT importantly it includes "on-demand access to AI infrastructure".
The North American agreement included more than 1,000 Nebius B300 GPUs for TD SYNNEX customers.
Nebius is already reaching enterprise customers through TD SYNNEX’s ecosystem in America:
- Baptist Health: the 12-hospital healthcare system with over 3.5M patients
- Aible: the enterprise AI agent platform whose customers include CVS and Verizon
- Mount Sinai: New York healthcare system with $12.8B in annual revenue
🚨 $NBIS Update: TD SYNNEX Partnership 2.0
$NBIS already had an existing partnership with TD in North America, and Europe is next.
TD is one of the world's largest IT middlemen. It connects $NBIS with thousands of tech sales and service firms that already help enterprises buy and deploy tech.
In this case we're talking about $NBIS AI Cloud, Token Factory, and Agents Blueprint.
This is essentially a play on operating leverage. Sales is expensive. $NBIS spent $173.9M on SG&A in Q2 alone.
Instead of building out its own enterprise salesforce entirely from scratch, $NBIS is leveraging TD's existing distribution network, reseller relationships, and GTM infra.
Much like the $PLTR partnership, this is another pathway to accelerate enterprise AI adoption through targeted outreach, customer education, and high-touch sales support.

Found another @tavilyai customer: TestGorilla, the hiring platform used by Revolut, PayPal, PepsiCo, Equifax and Instacart.
Its own disclosures name Tavily as the search API bringing public information into its AI features. I haven’t seen $NBIS or Tavily publicly announce the relationship.

The restaurant chain has 476 locations and $365m in quarterly revenue.
Tavily powers web research inside CAVA’s production employee assistant, Ask Astro. Employees can search internal company data and pull information from the web in the same conversation, with Tavily handling search and page extraction through MCP.

Baptist Health has over 3.5m patients a year in South Florida. Its digital chief says they’re running AI agents using NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super, with DGX Spark at the edge and “Nebius cloud at the core.”
Not the usual Nebius customer. They’ve already expanded a patient rescheduling agent from one dept to seven in the past year...

The team behind the viral Jev model names Nebius-managed compute nodes alongside CoreWeave in its own disclosures. I haven’t seen $NBIS publicly announce the relationship.
Jev focuses on classification, routing and extraction: turning messy inputs into decisions software can act on directly.

An unannounced $NBIS customer with 10m+ users: @Base44, Wix’s AI app builder.
Its trust centre names Nebius + @nebiustf for LLM API calls, processed in the Netherlands.
Now it has its own model, Base 1 to bring inference costs down. Could Nebius be serving it? 👀
