《鏗鏘集》編導蔡玉玲一案，裁判官最荒謬的一個判案理由是說蔡玉玲不是因為遇害而提出控告。721白衣人公然襲擊市民，香港治安一夜崩塌，我有本來住元朗的朋友一個月不敢回元朗，其實所有香港人都是受害者，記者出於揭露真相的目的，替受害者發聲，如今竟然被法官說她不是受害者所以主權查冊。
