My Down syndrome brother Erick is my bleeding heart libtard Aunt Lisa’s pet project. She thinks because he has a disability she’s going to turn him into a liberal
Every weekend she invites him to the No Kings protest downtown, and finally last weekend he said yes. This was like a major victory for my Aunt Lisa
Erick has a Cricut in his bedroom and he loves the thing. For those that don’t know, it’s a machine that cuts out iron on letters and designs so you can make your own shirts. Well Saturday comes around and Erick comes walking out of his room with a massive smile on his face wearing a shirt he made that says “I’M WITH THE RETARD ->” and a sign that says “FAGGOTS AGAINST TRUMP”. He throws a hoodie on and turns his sign around and Aunt Lisa unwittingly takes him to the protest with her own massive smile of victory
Thirty minutes later my mom gets a call from an irate Aunt Lisa who is yelling that Erick is wearing an “offensive shirt” and waving a sign with a “slur”. The funniest part is when she tried to get him back to the car he started pretending he was deaf so now it looks like she’s yelling at this deaf kid with Down syndrome in front of all her woke friends
I love this kid

Women don't even wanna go to space or colonize distant worlds. They think going to the Moon is a form of rape. They don't even understand the sublime beauty of having a Papa John's there. They never will. They're lowly foids.

Sometimes I think about our old pal Alcibiades. I choose to believe that he was real and that he was as awesome as the stories told about him make him seem.

The most distinctive mark of a superior individuality is becoming obsessed with something specific: an idea, an object, a territory, a woman, etc.
It is this divine obsession that Plato spoke of, the one that propels humanity toward new epochs and discoveries.
Precisely this is what our plebeian age blocks from an early stage in the young, through medications and medical fictions such as “autism,” “OCD,” and other frauds.
What they fear most is the emergence of a philosopher, a prophet, or a military leader whose sole aim is an existential drive to create a new state, a new political order.
That is why the idea that obsession can be the catalyst of something great in the world has simply vanished from the horizon of the common man.

Hate the “how does this affect you?” talking point. In The Abolition of Man C.S. Lewis uses the example of a grammar textbook telling children not to make objective claims about beauty & how even seemingly innocent insignificant shifts in language lead to moral & cultural decline

"Some acts should haunt the culture. Killing your own children is one of them."
In South America, we have a folklore legend called La Llorona, the story of a woman named María who drowned her two children and then took her own life.
Growing up, our parents and grandparents warned us that if we misbehaved, La Llorona would come for us. She wasn’t treated as a sympathetic figure. She was the monster in the story, the ultimate warning of what a mother should never become.
That’s how our culture should remember mothers who murder their children, like Lindsay Clancy: not romanticized, not turned into tragic heroines, but remembered for the horror of what they did.
Some acts should haunt the culture. Killing your own children is one of them.
