He’s the second youngest player behind Giddey to record a triple double. It’s not really that exciting when you say it like that. Maybe you should’ve gone with youngest American player to record a Triple Double?

Well! I don’t want to comment too much but people often portray your side of town as more refined. All the Pako set and the “ladies who lunch” crowd . It’s all just a mirage hiding the unseemly goings on and naughty peccadillos of the good burghers of the West.
This is a rural dairy farming community of about a 1,000 people. For those in the UK the reference might be like organised crime setting up shop in Landford, Devon. Just bonkers. National policy with local implications.
Australia is going to have to roll over & give up on the ciggies/chop-chop.
Yes, I know that stings when you’re a country famous for getting its policy settings spot on, but this is a big ol’ fail.
Own it, fix it, move on.
[Also, my old boss & I were right in 2015.]

Americans look at this through the prism of having three strikes per “at bat”. Theoretically you could have multiple “at bats” per innings. You also have nine innings. Cricket is a lot more brutal. You must defend while batting. 1 out per innings. Maximum of 2 innings in tests.

On this day in 1955: Majestic-class aircraft carrier HMAS Melbourne (R21) was commissioned.
HMAS Melbourne (R21) was a Majestic-class light aircraft carrier that served in the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) from 1955 to 1982. Originally laid down as HMS Majestic for the Royal Navy in 1943, she was purchased by Australia in 1947 and completed with modern carrier technology, including an angled flight deck.
Although she never saw combat, Melbourne played a supporting role during the Indonesia–Malaysia Confrontation and the Vietnam War. She became infamous for two fatal peacetime collisions with allied destroyers: HMAS Voyager in 1964, which killed 82 personnel, and USS Frank E. Evans in 1969, which killed 74 American sailors. These tragedies, alongside other accidents, contributed to her reputation as an unlucky ship.
Decommissioned in 1982, Melbourne was eventually sold for scrap in 1985 and towed to China. Before dismantling, she was studied by the People's Liberation Army Navy as part of a secret aircraft-carrier development programme and reportedly used to train Chinese naval aviators in carrier flight operations.

All survivors deserve to be heard, both men and women.
One of my policies directed toward men as Family First leader, is to fix the massive underinvestment in funding and specific services for male survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
It’s not survivors who should carry the shame, it’s the perpetrators and the institutions that protect them. 💜
Thank you, Tracie Oldham, for organising this event for the upcoming National Survivors Day, and to all the speakers who shared their stories 💪

Ark Royal. Our full Air Group was 14 Buccaneers, 12 F4, 4 Gannets, 6 Sea Kings, and 3 Wessex. And the bar was big enough to service all of us.
Yes. You see it everywhere. The high trust society is slipping away. Eleven years old stealing from bottle shops with zero consequence. People dumping rubbish everywhere. I could go on endlessly.

Cheeseman is highly representative of the political class. 🤮. The new ALP candidate for Sth Barwon is an atrocious policy wonk who worked in Andrews’ Premier’s office & then did comms for that fink Pallas. Another cypher who’s moved down here chasing a seat in parliament.

Did you mention the staggering amount of people from a certain nation, in the past day or so, who revealed themselves by confusing the Eagle’s Nest with Hitler’s Berghof residence?
