Sometimes, you have to show up for the life you have while working towards the one you want. The goal is to make sure the struggle is leading somewhere.
I have been doing my best to get to work on time. Waking up by 5am is no joke. Is this what I will be doing in the next 2 years? Definitely, this is not the life I want. But for now, no regrets.

The contract you signed, I hope you read it twice. You may probably be working outside your job description. They ain't paying you for that.

Keep yourself intact even when you're merging with others. When someone wants more of you this week, your panic isn't protection... it's a warning. That old pattern of dissolving your boundaries to avoid conflict leaves nothing but resentment. Real closeness happens between two complete people, not one ghost.

one thing i've noticed is that women use the term "Real Men" to manipulate men into behavior that benefits HER but not the man.👨🏿‍🦯‍➡️

At first, it looked like an ordinary day at the zoo. Then the tiger started approaching, and suddenly, nobody was smiling anymore.

If your team needs your permission to make every small decision, stop calling yourself a great leader. You've trained a room full of adults to wait.

People talk about making it in life as if there's one finish line. Meanwhile, somebody is praying for a job, somebody with a job is praying for enough money, and somebody earning well is praying for time to enjoy it.

Once a year I fast for 5 days, no food, just water and electrolytes, I usually do this around June/July mid year but for 2026 I'm starting tomorrow Monday 12pm till Saturday 12pm ; it's my 3rd year doing this and it's a game changer for real 🤗

One festive-season mistake can make you struggle to keep your business running in January. It starts with a habit many business owners overlook; spending business money like it is personal money. December is coming. Everybody wants new clothes, Christmas rice, gifts and Detty December enjoyment. ₦500,000 enters your business account, and before you know it, family demands and festive spending have eaten into your capital. January arrives. Customers are scarce, suppliers want their money, and you’re wondering where all the profit went. You didn’t make a loss in December. You spent the money your business needed to survive January. Don’t let festive enjoyment destroy the business you struggled to build all year. Separate business money from personal money. Pay yourself a fixed amount. Plan your festive spending before the money starts coming in. Remember, not every money that enters your business account is available for spending.
