‼️If you are travelling to Hexham Racecourse today please leave extra time for your journey. There are a number of roadworks and road closures. It may be worth using the West End turn off from the A69. The A68 is closed between Kilnpit Hill and Riding Mill.

I’ve been fighting @unibet for years over around a £400 withdrawal. Here’s what happened I turned a £10 casino bonus into around ~£800, met the wagering requirements, and was left with around ~£400 eligible to withdraw...

It’s been nice to play a little golf again these past few weeks, just to remind myself how bad I am at it. A couple of lovely castle courses up at Dunstanburgh and Alnwick #Northumberland

As one of the least-known contributors, I’m genuinely honored to get a mention. Proud to have played a small part in a book that also raises money for @ActionforAT Cheers @PaulJonesRacing

An early mail from the lottery told me I’d won a prize. Turns out I was one number off a share of £3m 🤬(16 instead of 17). So instead of a spending spree, round the corner at @NicolRacing — I ended up spending my winnings on breakfast and car park at Holy Island.

Nice to be able to resume the walking, beginning with a Fontwellesque figure of 8 around Seahouses, 22km calling in at Bamburgh and Beadnell

Received a very convincing phishing email yesterday using real Betfair withdrawal amounts and timestamps. The only giveaway was “Glambing Commission” on an attached document. With the BBC reporting a Betfair/Flutter data leak, users should be extra careful.

Haven’t been on here much for the last 3 years — caring full time took everything I had. Now that chapter has ended, I’m standing at a crossroads: return to in‑running betting full time, or start something completely new. Strange feeling starting again.

“Prime Minister @andyburnham thinks it’s cool to sit in a pub and drink alcohol.   “But he doesn’t want you to gamble. And he doesn’t seem to care about the illegal sites people have turned to in order to wager. Why? “Gambling harm is conservatively estimated to cost the UK economy each year between £1billion and £1.7billion. Of course, much of that has nothing to do with horse racing.   “Alcohol harm is in the region of £27billion. But @andyburnham hasn’t said he’ll ban alcohol, has he? The hypocrisy is incredible.     “Politicians don’t make logical decisions. They make political decisions which are all about being popular and getting re-elected. It is simply a calculation – nothing more and nothing less.” 🏇🙏
“RACING needs to go to war with @andyburnham Government. Enough is enough.   “The question is does the sport have the leadership or inclination to do so? And that’s a huge question.   “You might think I’m being extreme. You might think diplomacy is always a better way forward than confrontation. If you do, you are part of the problem. We are way beyond that…” 🏇💪

Following on from @Golfpunter1 post yesterday video here of Richard being limited to £100 a month deposit on the exchange. What is the exchange playing at limiting so low when @BetGameCouncil negotiated a temporary £5k/mo and £25k/yr limits back in May 2024?

This is a runaway train. Felt the need to make my own video. Will be forwarding to GC but hoping to get some comments to give it more weight. youtube.com/watch?v=MD5Wk0Ab…

I don’t know if anyone saw this horrific story of Rose, a young carer forced to repay £2000? She’s been looking after her mum since she was EIGHT, and has set up a crowdfund to help clear the debt but has ZERO donations. Can we help Rose?? crowdfunder.co.uk/p/young-ca…
