This angel was being dragged through Skid Row by somebody with severe mental conditions. This is probably her fourth or fifth dog, with even her caseworker say she beats her dogs and then sells them. Before we had a chance to rescue this dog, we just found out that she sold him for $10 to get meth. We will never ever see this dog again because this selfish and narcissistic human being is exploiting the system and knows she can get away with this.
