I’ve worked many cycles now. I’ve won some races, I’ve lost some races. I have never seen this level of anger from infrequent voters and I have never seen this level of apathy in Republicans. In a lot of places, we’re entering surprise flip territory.

Republicans are pulling out of Georgia and N. Carolina to invest in Kansas and S. Carolina. The Republican president is campaigning in Alabama, Nebraska, and Tennessee. And Republicans have sunk a quarter of a billion dollars defending seats in Iowa, Alaska, and Texas. This is a political death spiral.
