One of the best tips for instant revenue growth is spending a considerable time inside Shopify Markets.
For secondary markets, switch to Manual FX, export your prices per country, stick the CSV into Claude and ask.
"Using psychological pricing and consumer pricing theory's, adjust our X countries pricing to adhere to the same pricing structure as our main market. Consider external sources like GDP, and GDP Growth"
Over 90% of the countries I do this with, PPS goes up as much as 10%.
Imagine needing to take a day off from your 20 order a day shopify brand
When the brand started doing well I began to compulsively check Shopify every few minutes and I think this has fried my dopamine system a bit hahah
Feels like a rite of passage, and only just now am I putting measures in place to stop checking my phone so often
Checking Shopify feels different to doomscrolling because your business is objectively making money and you’re only just checking, right?
But in the evenings it’s very easy to check Shopify and then doomscroll on twitter or Instagram, which comes back to bite you eventually
Today I’ve taken the whole day off from screens except for launching one ad set, and am realising I was literally a phone addict the last few months
From now on I’m just checking the lead indicators such as ad account data in bigger timeframes and concepts launched etc instead of checking Shopify like a junkie
It's insane how fast you can grow when you ignore 99% of what you see on here, and remove the majority of agency partners, we only work with a select few partners who are incredibly aligned with the same goals.
also shove cost caps up ur hole x
a lot of people do the math wrong when launching new products.
Say you have 10 products and you launch an 11th.
If the 11th product doesn’t land well with the consumer, it is absolutely still not a ‘failure’.
The objective should be the net gain on overall -
Volume
CAC
AOV
+ others
We take the overall cost + cashflow impact of a new product, and analyse it based on the Brand’s overall net gain over the same period.
We launched a new set of SKUs on Monday, (an amazing well thought set of SKUs, not just launching a shit product for the sake of it.)
The cost is relatively minimal, cash flow impact is moderate, however the net gain for the business was a 47% increase in sales, a 7% increase in AOV, marginal decline in CAC, because this brought new and returning visitors back to the site, where the majority thought, “this product isn’t right for me, but this other product is, so I’m going to purchase”.
So with the same product, some brand owners would have said, ah, this wasn’t a successful launch, whilst it has had the most outstanding impact on the overall business, and as a result, has been our most successful launch.
A/B Testing Apps < Testing pages via Meta
One of our brands full website is now completely AI built.
It analyses customer purchase behaviour, creative audience breakdowns, CVR, LTV, then rebuilds PDPs, Landers, carts fully autonomously to the point my only input is 'Build'.
Also up 107% MoM ✨
We're spending $130k a day right now absolutely vibing on ABO only with a sprinkle of MinROAs, allegedly
Meta is in a place where I trust it less than ever to spend on the right ads
Like, I think it gets it wrong pretty much all of the time now. Near 100% failure rate
The more I manually intervene and push spend myself, turn off ads meta favours etc the better things go
Even today, surf scaling 2 ads Meta didn’t want to spend on, they are now top spenders in the account at like 50x the budget of other ads at a CPA 4x lower than average
I always think about this tweet whenever there is this agenda against foreigners.
Seeing videos of visa approved foreign based nursing/hospital staff trembling with worry, and getting stopped at so called checkpoints on the way home from a working day, where they probably save a life like the below daily.
Change definitely does need to happen, but actions like last night will only drive away the immigrants that this country needs, while the groups of people that milk the country dry will hold on, because it's too lucrative for them to leave.
common sense is in fact, not very common.
This is a no brainer.
We're in a complicated era of ecom.
Where customs and taxes are unclear, and people want to know they are paying for them clearly.
Free = Poor + the thought of hidden extras.
Paid = Faster Shipping + thought of all costs included.
upping our shipping price actually increased CVR as well as RPV
5% increase doesn't seem like much but we usually do between $220k - $250k per month just in shipping rev so this is a meaningful increase
Crazy to think there are people out there doing free shipping never mind not testing their prices
And yes, we have tested free vs paid shipping and paid wins every-time
Moral of the story, charge for fucking shipping
I don’t really get this, shouldn’t even need to be said.
With the amount of tipping points of things going wrong in DTC, scammers/BH can run up a bag really quickly, but they can’t have longevity, the sheer fact Jacob’s been in business for so long, is an instant sign that he’s a great operator.
Who shares such positive advice nearly daily.
I’ll always be an advocate to people in this space that are like him, it’s hilarious the horrible business practice stories I hear from all the businesses that people on here look up to, businesses that make most of their revenue in courtrooms rather than the same way we would all expect.
Jealously stinks.
Let’s set a few things straight
No, we do not run any ripped creatives
No, none of our top ads are ripped
Anyone who knows the brand can go check our ad library. You will see nothing but our original work. We literally work with multiple of the top creative agencies in the space as well as have a full internal creative team.
Shoutout @aaronmtrx @harrydelmege_
I have also given full access to our internal creative system and helped multiple 9 figure guys on here with their creatives for free. All of who could vouch
I have no issue admitting we ripped a few videos when we started the brand back in June to test the product, and have talked about publicly before. Some people don’t like that, and I get it. But it is what it is
No, we do not run black hat MRR. Anyone could go buy a product from our brand right now and either go straight to the portal and cancel or email our customer service team where you will be emailed a direct link to cancel your subscription within 1 minute. We don’t ask questions, we don’t try to persuade to stay etc and it has been this way for a long time
Our subscriptions are setup the exact same way other brands that people dick ride here on Twitter are, and I can post examples if anybody wants. The only difference is we make it easy to cancel
We also run on shopify payments and use PayPal. You think any BH operation is able to do that at scale? No is the answer
Yes, our Trustpilot got fucked and our public display rating isn’t available because of a breach of guidelines. My mistake, you live and you learn
Our Trustpilot score is 3.1 (not amazing but not bad) go check our reviews on shop (I think it’s 3.9 or 4 atm) again, not amazing but also not bad. Also, shop reviews are a far better judge of a business than Trustpilot
Are we 100% white hat? Probably not but show me a brand that is. And I’m ok with that but I’m not ok with people that know nothing about our business spreading lies
Also, we try to keep our brands private for a reason (like almost everyone on here) I would expect people with any decency to respect that. So any mention of any of my brands from now on, you will be blocked and forgotten about
I know pretty much everyone’s brand who is on Twitter (even you anons who think nobody does) and will never publicly try to doxx. It’s just crazy to try and fuck with someone that way, can literally ruin families
All of the stuff I tweet about is designed to help people, and it comes from the stuff we implement ourselves directly. Not some made up bs
I don’t sell anything, don’t take sponsored post opportunities etc. literally just here to help
If you think I’m talking bullshit about anything or don’t like me please just unfollow me and just focus on your own business, it’s really that simple
To anyone else, I will continue tweeting out stuff we see working and trying to help everyone here make more money and provide for their family
God bless
if you still think AI can't generate Statics or Landing Pages, come closer when I say this

Skill Issue
Something that's working for us very well on Meta right now -
Using Value Rules + Suggested Audiences -
Instead of segmenting by Country/Product, we'll group these all together, but give Meta a nudge in the right direction in terms of profitability and new customers via Value Rules and Suggested Audiences.
- We'll increase/decrease bids based on Contribution Margin per country.
- We'll use high LTV customer cohort LALs in Suggested Audiences.
- Ironically, the biggest lever in chasing new customers has been a suggested audience of 7d Purchasers LAL.
This means that the only manual input long term is increasing/decreasing budgets based on performance.
I like to couple this with a min ROAs campaign, and this set up has pretty much left us unaffected by Meta issues.
no matter how many times I block blue hair he miraculously unblocks and appears on my timeline 30 days later
