Gotta love that people to car ratio in Atlanta. Years ago, people said the only walkable area was Midtown. Then “yes and Beltline by PCM”. Now “only on the Eastside”… Yeah… it’s growing. And connectivity of the Beltline has people going around the city more simply than ever.

There’s NOT 140,000+ people being evicted from THE CITY OF ATLANTA in 2026. That number came from a study based out of a housing lab at Princeton University. That lab looked at evictions for the region for 2025… Not the city.

Si a Gilberto Mora le interesa su carrera, no debería ir ni al @realmadrid ni al @FCBarcelona, ni en broma. El Madrid no tiene un plan claro para los jóvenes y podría acabar corriendo la misma suerte que Endrick. En el Barça, el mediocampo está repleto de calidad y tendría muy complicado competir por minutos. Lo mejor para su desarrollo sería irse a un equipo como el @BVB o el Como, proyectos donde podría tener minutos y que están apostando fuerte por jugadores jóvenes.
