The people running these teams for Gayle Benson would get laughed out of the room at any serious organization in professional (or most college) sports. It is no wonder both franchises are absolute dogshit. It's not the money, it's the people.

Tyler was 30/38 and yet he left real opportunities on the field today. That pick was nasty, and then the missed coverage bust was even worse. It’s so much pressure put on him every week to be perfect, so when he misses things it just looks so egregious and that’s unfair to him

I do think the team looks completely different with a healthy Banks, Tyson & ETN but it is what it is. I think it’ll be a rough year for Kellen at the end of the day but this is still a team that’s in the middle of a rebuild, you have to take the good with the bad
