the thing that shocks americans in european gyms is how extra fit the gym-goers can be

in georgia there’s a futuristic one right in front of a crumbling post-soviet apartment building

deciding between a ruined ziggurat and a plane crash as a theme for your pillbug habitat is difficult, but the choice of the airline is surprisingly easy

the woke era is truly over: there’s no way a fancy boutique in manhattan would get away with anti-cross sectional capitalist poetry for more than 15 minutes

these people never progressed past the toddler stage. how much human suffering could be alleviated if we banned toothbrushes outright. how much previous water could be saved by not taking showers! no ice cream for breakfast is genocide!

one of the best things i've ever done. the radiation in front of the reactor is about what you get in an airplane (which is more than you'd think -- i turned on the geiger counter on the plane on the way there). we got to see duga 2 which is nearby. and roam the abandoned buildings. and feed the giant carp in the cooling canal. this is the hotel from the series.

i once took a geiger counter with me on a plane. i’d worry about time zones after the ionizing radiation. seafarers also get higher rates of cancer and deal with time zone changes, but their cancers have a lot to do with asbestos and uv radiation.
