Are we showing the actual texts or just the subset of things that push the narrative you're after?
Disgusting.

The massive amount of thrashing and mental gymnastics to desperately ignore the obvious data right in front of you is amazing

Most Christians, in my experience, are cultists, almost by definition.
Sorry about it.

Are you autistic? SpaceX is not based in California.
LMAO
Just checked out your profile, obviously a pickme weeb that tries to earn points by projecting hate onto his own country to make himself seem more kawaii
Fucking yikes
I've seen quite the opposite. All people seem to do is say that parenting is the greatest thing ever, and it's what everyone else *needs* to do, and it's some kind of requirement for everyone else, and that if you don't want kids, there's something wrong with you.

You're making her point because you're, in essence, telling her to suppress her opinion, keep it to herself, not be honest about how she's feeling; largely because parents are expected to always put themselves last in today's society.
You are saying "you don't sound like a good person for being honest."
So when she says that being a mother is difficult, part of that difficulty stems from the societal expectation to ALWAYS ignore your own well-being, which is incredibly toxic. You should still get to be a human and be able to share honest feelings.
But, according to you, she better shut the fuck up, and if she doesn't, she's "not a good person."
If you can't see how you're making your point, that's an intelligence issue / lack of self-awareness issue.

sybau, you extremists have been seeing "the beast" everywhere for the last hundred years. social security numbers and debit cards were "the mark of the beast" when they came out.

It's so funny because you're actually making their point, you just don't realize.

Religious wars have killed ~200,000,000 actual real life people.
Those are actual actions against actual people, not actions against the possibility of people who may or may not have personhood in the first place.
You also clearly ignored all the other points I made because you're unable to address them. If you're fucking retarded, I suggest not pretending to be otherwise.

The Bible isn't wholly representative of how Christians act. Artificial limbs wasn't the only issue, it's part of a broader subset of acting in ways that many Christians find "unnatural" or "breaking with God." Anyways, here are some lines from your imaginary sky wizard book that can be referenced, as these people tend to highlight them:
- Ultimate transformation of the body is portrayed as something God does (e.g., the resurrection body in 1 Corinthians 15; Philippians 3:20–21), not something humans achieve independently.
- Humans are created in God’s image (Genesis 1:27) and are stewards of creation, not co-creators of a new human nature.
- Passages that stress the body as belonging to God and to be used for His glory (e.g., 1 Corinthians 6:19–20) and the distinction between the Creator and the creature.
There are plenty more. This will do. You, and people like you, fall back to "derp it's a metaphor" when it's convenient, and then say it's literal when it isn't. The point is, you think the rest of the world needs to play by your little games.
I also didnt make the claim that all Christians believe artificial limbs are "blasphemy," I said that playing God is blasphemy and an artificial limb is augmenting the body "he" supposedly gave you in his infinite wisdom, and it isn't yours to modify. Many Christians, for this reason, have been upset about tattoos for years. But you want to sit here and have a condescending, demanding attitude where you ask for me to prove basic shit about a religion you, apparently, pretend to practice.
Go fuck yourself.
