At the end of January, @amazon information me I would only be allowed to order digital items. Any order for physical items will be automatically canceled. I have chatted, called and emailed. They have so far refused to provide me with any examples of what I did wrong.
I'm cancelling my prime account, my family music subscription, and my Audible subscription. I'm not doing business with a company that treats me with so little respect.
My suggestion to all is to diversify the shopping you do. I was a loyal customer with items that I had subscriptions for. I'm thinking I may be selling my 9+ Alexa devices too.
Stop shopping at @amazon Shop somewhere they respect their customers.
