Critical data for equipment procurement decisions - the future of holmium laser lies in pulse modulation optimisation, not just power increases. For high-volume centres investing in laser upgrades, this head-to-head comparison provides the evidence base we have been missing. Technology advancement should serve technique refinement, not replace surgical fundamentals.
