okay, I’d love to tell my routine to everyone: not an expert, just a 19 year old figuring out things. before anything, I am 75kgs (currently on a lean bulk), 180 cms. for back, I do: - weighted pull ups (+20kgs x 4 is my PR and with my BW I do around 13.5 clean full ROM full pull ups) - if I skip pull ups, I do lat pulldown - for horizontal, I have bent over rows sometimes or my go to is seated cable rows - and shrugs 2-3 sets here and there for traps AND MOST IMPORTANT IS MY DEADLIFT, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT (my PR is 160kgs) for chest (my weakest point so far), I do: - incline bench - flat barbell bench for strength (75kgs x 3 is my PR here) - weighted dips are the game changer (30x5 is my PR here, and 17 reps with BW) - pec deck flyes machine sometimes for abs, I do: nothing, I trained abs everyday before I joined gym for 4 years (5th std to 9th std) and it did wonders for me I just do 3 sets a week to maintain them if possible, most prolly hanging leg raises or dragon flags for legs (my strongest point in terms of strength): - heavy atg squats (100kgs x 6 and 110 kgs x 3 is my PR) [see my depth in the picture below] - romanian deadlifts - bulgarian split squat (game changer again) - leg extension and curls, a few sets here and there - calf raises, non negotiable ofc for arms: - one OHP movement, lateral raises for shoulders - spam overhead tricep extensions - for biceps, incline bench curls and bayesian curls - for forearms, I do nothing and now due to my ongoing lean bulk, I avoid a lot of cardio, I eat clean, only homemade stuff except whey and creatine (I cook everything for myself)
