Those of us who have studied communism, lived through communism, and/or had families survive communism are very aware of the demonic evil that dwells in the souls of the bolsheviks who perpetuate it. Most Americans have no idea that such evil can exist or what it is capable of.
Hands-down, my most favorite call in all of baseball love it that it happened last night

Let’s make sure the entire world understands. In Brazil, judicial rulings in connection with federal elections are made by the court that has been in place for that very purpose, the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE).
@LulaOficial requested to the TSE that the polls be extended by two more hours in the entire country, citing “transportation problems.” Who controls the transport system? Lula’s government surely more so than a senator running for president.
Instead of waiting for a TSE ruling. @LulaOficial immediately asked Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) justice @Cristianozaninm to order the polls remain open WITHOUT any TSE ruling. Within minutes (did Zanin even read the filing?), the polls were ordered to remain open by Zanin.
The STF has 11 justices. What did Zanin do before becoming an STF justice? Oh yes, he was Lula’s criminal defense lawyer in his corruption cases.
If this blatant rigging of the elections will be used to announce that Lula won, is Lula seriously expecting anyone in the international community to recognize that as a free and fair election? He knows nobody will.
Has the desperation reached a point that today is the day the mask fully comes off and Lula becomes the next Nicolas Maduro? For the sake of Brazil, I pray that is not the case.

Anthropic and Elon Musk both said this weekend they want to share the upside of what they've built, and only one of them actually let go of it.
Anthropic is putting 5% of its shares, pending a stockholder vote, into a fund the company wholly owns, with up to 2% more for every 50% rise in value at its board's discretion, and it says the fund's structure and governance will be shared in the coming months. Musk's answer to that was one line: "I recommend giving the shares directly to the public." The next morning he said he'll give one of his SpaceX shares to every kid in America next year, about $10.5 billion by CNBC's math, and President Trump says the shares will go through Trump Accounts, which Treasury has already opened in the names of nearly 70 million children. Musk reposted it.
That's the whole difference. A fund you own, steered by a board you seat, giving on terms you'll announce later, is still your stock with a nicer name on the door. A share sitting in a child's own account belongs to that child, and nobody upstairs gets to change their mind about it.
Every owner who has ever promised a team a piece of the pie stands at this same fork. If you can still steer it, pause it, or pick who gets it, you haven't shared the upside yet, you've just labeled it. Real giving is the kind you can't take back.

A BIG THANK YOU to our legendary friend, @ElonMusk, for his incredible generosity in giving SpaceX Stock to millions of American children through TRUMP ACCOUNTS! This is exactly what was envisioned when we created TRUMP ACCOUNTS — Bringing together the GREAT PRIVATE SECTOR, Elon and so many more, to invest in our children, by far our greatest and most important asset, and give every American Child a piece of the American Dream. Thank you Elon! President DONALD J. TRUMP
As a faithful @united frequent flier I am throughly disappointed in these comments by the CEO. How about you stick to running an airline instead of advocating for the government confiscation of wealth. I’m looking for another airline as we speak to take my business to. If I’m a shareholder I ask the CEO that if he wants the time to opine like this I’m happy to show him the door and give him the free time.

Citi and Bank of America are the latest banks to keep outside AI agents out of customer accounts, and sooner or later your customers are going to send their agents to you too.
The banks call it safety, and part of it is. Bank of America's CEO Brian Moynihan says he wants to "put a human being in the loop," so you approve a payment before the money goes out. But the FT also reported that banks have told regulators they're worried agents will move idle cash into accounts that pay more. That's not just protection, it's a business deciding whether your helper is allowed to shop around for you.
Walmart went the other way. It partnered with Meta's Muse because it wants to be where its customers are, and Meta put it bluntly: "Turning away a personal agent means turning away the customer behind it."
So when an agent shows up at your business to book, buy, or ask for a quote, do you block it like the banks, or let it in on your terms?
Your terms can be simple. Let agents handle the low-risk stuff like checking availability and pricing, have the customer approve anything that moves money, and put one person's name on it when an agent gets something wrong. Atlassian's Mike Cannon-Brookes said the accountability has to sit with a human, and I think that's exactly right.
Which jobs in your business would you let a customer's agent do without asking first?
