🌍 When we ignore differences that are a part of #students' identity, it's like saying, "I don't see you," or "I'm uncomfortable with who you are." Ignoring differences, like race, neurodiversity, language, gender, isn't the route to an #inclusive climate. #LeadInclusion #UDL

A2: Is there any better way to learn about #UDL than experiencing UDL through the lens of a learner? #UDLchat #UDLlens

There may the the misconception that UDL is only about choice and not connected to a progression of growth and learning that is directed by a goal. #UDLchat

We teach growth mindset. And yet our assessment then focuses on and punishes mistakes. It’s time for a better way. We can’t teach growth mindset and assess from a deficit mindset.
