Building Claim Avenue in public has been one of the most interesting experiences of my life.
It started as a strange experiment: what if a location in a digital city could become valuable because of where it is, what surrounds it and what its owner builds there?
At first, the city was almost empty. I had an idea, a map and no certainty that anyone else would understand the concept. Then the first people arrived. They claimed buildings, added their businesses and personalities, shared feedback, found problems and used the platform in ways I hadn’t anticipated.
That is when the project really started to take shape.
Since September, the results, activity and revenue have multiplied. Claim Avenue has now generated more than $60K in total sales. I’m proud of that milestone, but the most exciting part is watching an empty map gradually become a living city filled with people, brands and ideas from around the world.
And this is still only the beginning.
I’m now working on turning Claim Avenue into a more immersive 3D experience. The buildings won’t simply be advertisements you see on a map — they’ll become places to discover, explore and interact with as part of missions and the wider world.
Some ideas have worked immediately. Others have needed to be rebuilt. Users continue to challenge my assumptions every day, and that is exactly why I want to keep building in public.
I created the streets, but the community is bringing the city to life — one location, one building and one idea at a time.

The whole city is interactive. Buildings aren’t just scenery — they’re always part of the experience.
Missions are built around them (pickups, deliveries, visits…), which gives them even more real visibility.
What feature do you think I should add next?
Our building just keeps growing, both in height and in visitors. What started as a fun little idea for @ferlinux has now evolved into an entire city and a powerful platform for marketing your brand.
We saw the potential early, long before it became what it is today. We were ahead of the curve, and this is only the beginning.
We were early. We saw the vision. And now we're watching it become reality.

Thanks @ferlinux for building such a fun city for builders.
Claim Avenue just got its biggest update yet 🏙️
The city is becoming more alive, interactive and unpredictable every day.
You can now drive or pilot more than 10 car models, 3 helicopters and 5 planes. Every vehicle is available to use, so you can explore the city from the road or take to the skies.
I’ve also added dynamic weather conditions and a full day-and-night cycle, completely changing how the city looks and feels as you move through it.
Buildings and objects now offer many more ways to interact. There are countless actions ready to become part of missions, challenges and other gamified experiences. Just be careful with the accelerator—the police might come after you if you’re caught speeding.
Claim Avenue also has its own official virtual currency: Nucs.
Since August, I’ve been quietly working through an ambitious roadmap, and more than 50% of what I originally planned has now been implemented. There is still a lot to build, but Claim Avenue is already much more than the first version I shared.
You can now create your citizen, explore the city, use any vehicle and start making Claim Avenue your own.
I’ve also opened a neighbourhood with free houses, limited to one per user so everyone has a fair chance to own a home in the city.
Enter the city, create your citizen and claim your free house before they’re all gone.
The 1,000 plots on Claim Avenue’s main avenue are officially full. Who could have predicted this kind of response? Not me—and I built the place. 😅
The neighbors have moved in, the traffic has started, and apparently digital parking is now a serious problem. What a milestone!

Love this place!
The city just keeps looking better everyday more traffic more fun things to do. It is becoming a dream. We are close to 3000 views and averaging around 8 click per day. Thank you @ferlinux for the hard work and giving us an opportunity to advertise in the City.
There’s a lot more to discover in the new update—and riding through the city as a passenger is just one of them. I’ve added new spaces, interactions and details throughout Claim Avenue. Have fun exploring 👀
I’ve just implemented rooms in Claim Avenue 🏠
Bars now have their own interiors where users can meet and interact, and every building will also have its own room that the owner can customize.
Claim Avenue is becoming more than a city you explore—it’s becoming a city you can enter.
