Building Claim Avenue in public has been one of the most interesting experiences of my life.
It started as a strange experiment: what if a location in a digital city could become valuable because of where it is, what surrounds it and what its owner builds there?
At first, the city was almost empty. I had an idea, a map and no certainty that anyone else would understand the concept. Then the first people arrived. They claimed buildings, added their businesses and personalities, shared feedback, found problems and used the platform in ways I hadn’t anticipated.
That is when the project really started to take shape.
Since September, the results, activity and revenue have multiplied. Claim Avenue has now generated more than $60K in total sales. I’m proud of that milestone, but the most exciting part is watching an empty map gradually become a living city filled with people, brands and ideas from around the world.
And this is still only the beginning.
I’m now working on turning Claim Avenue into a more immersive 3D experience. The buildings won’t simply be advertisements you see on a map — they’ll become places to discover, explore and interact with as part of missions and the wider world.
Some ideas have worked immediately. Others have needed to be rebuilt. Users continue to challenge my assumptions every day, and that is exactly why I want to keep building in public.
I created the streets, but the community is bringing the city to life — one location, one building and one idea at a time.

Everything multiplied after September 1st — traffic, activity and revenue. Claim Avenue has now passed $60K in total sales, and it’s still growing.

I actually see it the other way around. It gives people a completely new way to discover the ads, while the buildings themselves become part of missions and the experience. It makes exploring them much more immersive than simply looking at them on a map.

Thank you, Ashton — your new office looks great!
Unfortunately, I can’t repost this because you tagged a fake account that is impersonating Claim Avenue and attempting to scam people with crypto.
Please don’t interact with that account, don’t send it any money or connect your wallet, and block and report it. Claim Avenue has no cryptocurrency.

That’s exactly what I’m building towards 😄 Early believers picked up prime locations before the city fills out. Location, location, location 🤟

1. No, your own clicks aren’t counted.
2. A click is counted when another person opens your building’s listing. Simply viewing it in your own My Account area doesn’t count.

I understand why that’s frustrating if you expected to withdraw it as cash. The buyback system returns 1.25× the purchase price as platform credit, not a cash balance, and that credit can be used to claim another location.
If you send me your username by DM, I’ll personally check both transactions and make sure everything was credited correctly.

That’s not how it works.
Nobody can “secretly” take a building and leave the owner with nothing. If someone buys an already-owned plot, the previous owner automatically receives 1.25× what they paid as Claim Avenue balance, which they can use to move into a better building or location.
It’s the main progression mechanic, not some magical loophole. And if someone has an actual support issue, send me the details so I can check the real case instead of guessing in the replies.

That’s a fair point. I’ve just added several optimizations and performance measures to address this, especially for lower-end PCs. I’ll keep improving it based on real feedback.

Exactly. Some people see something new, understand none of it, then get angry at the version they invented in their own head 😂
Appreciate you

Not really. There’s no blockchain, crypto or NFT speculation involved.
Claim Avenue is a 3D world where plots can be used to promote real businesses, projects and creations. Earth 2 may look similar at first glance, but the model and purpose are very different.

Yeah, it’s getting bigger than I expected 😂 And I’m still just getting started.

Very insightful feedback 😂 Thanks for taking the time to engage with it anyway.

What does Nigeria have to do with any of this? If your only argument is racism, you don’t really have an argument.

Two replies, zero actual arguments. Just insults and casual racism.
If that’s the best criticism you’ve got, I think the project will be fine.
