🌟 Huge congratulations to our partners at @onthinktanks and @PolicyCenterNS for delivering another fantastic #OTTConference this year! We were proud to see such strong participation from the Southern Voice network, with 16 member institutions joining the discussions, including: @fusades @CapriCaribbean @theokwelians @SAIIA_info @IEPeruanos @acedafrica @csea_afric @cips_id @EthosInnovacion @ipeaonline @NkafuPolicyInst @PolicyCenterNS @FARO_org. We were very well represented, alongside our very own Network Engagement Officer, Beatriz Pfeifer. Southern Voice also contribut ed to the conference programme with our session “Unlocking Global Impact for Southern Think Tanks,” which created space for an important discussion between Global South think tanks, funders, and stakeholders on the barriers that continue to limit Southern engagement in global policymaking. This dialogue also illustrated why overcoming them matters now more than ever. Thank you again to OTT and PCNS for creating such a rich space for exchange and collaboration. We look forward to continuing these conversations, and our engagement with such incredible partners! 🤝

🎙️ @margaritabeneke, Director of the Center for Research and Statistics at @fusades, discusses data gaps and research priorities in the latest episode of The Compass: "Knowledge Ownership and Data Gaps.” The conversation reflects on how limited access to timely, disaggregated data can obscure local realities and constrain the ability to shape relevant, context-driven solutions. ▶️ Watch the full episode: lnkd.in/dSN9yhCm 🎙️ Listen on Spotify: bit.ly/THECOMPASS
