John Smoltz continues to criticize Jacob Misiorowski because he can’t fathom the idea of someone being better than he ever was in just their second year of Major League Baseball. He’s a deeply insecure man who can’t accept that someone is succeeding in a way that challenges his conventional ideas about pitching.
